Picture of You

I tried to paint a picture of you
But I got the colours wrong
I guess black and white just fits you
Plain all along

Shaded with patience
Stroked with love
Streaked with guidance
You fit none of the above

I could tear you apart
But with you I just couldn't depart
In you a never filled void
Sometimes it makes me so annoyed

I'm just gonna pass you by
A picture that never changes philosophy
